I am not a huge beer fan so I came here to eat with my partner who loves beer. I ended up ordering their butter chicken quesadilla(not shown online) with little to no expectations. Let me tell you, my mind was BLOWN. I have eaten so much butter chicken and the flavour of this enchilada was spot on!! They also add raw onions which give it the slight crunch and a similar feel of eating butter chicken with onion on the side. The salsa on the side was also an absolute killer!! Nothing but perfection. My compliments to the chef. And such lovely service too :) Ps if you’re not a beer lover like me, try their fruit ciders those are fantastic! Support local 💕

Gorgeous location. Beautiful casual patio alongside trickling river with fireplaces, stage, and lawn games. Best garlic bread I have ever had and the house made salsa was incredible too. Reasonably priced beer and flight and good brews!

I've been a fan of the beer for years, but this was my first time stopping in. It won't be my last. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. When I asked about hot sauce for my tacos, the server brought out a bin full of them for me to choose from. They happened to have a few Martitme Madness varieties, which happen to be my favorite hot sauces.

We went with our dog and sat outside in -6 C weather, and it was an amazing night. The staff helped us get a fire going, we had blankets to keep warm, we could hear the river rushing next to the patio, and the flights were very reasonably priced. We very much enjoyed their beer - the chocolate milk porter was my favorite! I'm only giving the food 4 stars because by the time we had the fire going and I was OK to sit and eat the food had sat there for a couple of minutes and was getting cold - I'm sure I would have enjoyed it more if we were warm inside, but it was part of the adventure! Looking for a low-key place to have good beer, some pub fare, and stay cozy? This is the place in Calabogie.

This is a hidden gem! We had the Buffalo chicken cesar pizza & fish tacos alongside a few half pints that were delish! We sat outside on the patio (which is dog friendly) with a pretty view of the water (behind some overgrown weeds). Fire pits for cool nights, as well as corn hole games, are here for extra fun. The servers were super friendly and attentive. Definitely will go back next time we are in the area.

This is the second time I have felt compelled to review this place. It is a couple of years since I was last there so felt it was appropriate to post details of the superb lunch. This time I had the Sweet Potato salad which was huge and delicious.. It was crammed with a variety of salad veggies, and creamy goats cheese was a perfect addition as the protein choice. Their chef definitely has a passion for food and goes the extra mile to make it tasty, nutritious and appealing to the eye. The photo doesn’t do it justice, it was SO GOOD!. Can’t end without mentioning the server who made us welcome and was very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, even though we were only drinking water. Didn’t get her name (young, dark hair working at noon Friday July 5). She added to the overall experience and deserves credit for being such a great server. Nice outdoor area overlooking the river. Whole experience deserves 5 stars!

We were in the neighborhood hiking at eagles nest, when we decided to stop here for a few beers and some lunch. I'm so glad we did. The location was beautiful, right beside a creek with some rapids. The building it's self was gorgeous, a rustic looking barn. They have a fantastic selection of beer, each on better than the next. We had the 6 meat pizza, by far the best pizza I've ever had. But the best part of the whole experience was the staff. Made us feel right at home, the lady working the bar was an absolutely delight. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful lunch:)

Such a great spot! The view of the river is beautiful, and it’s the perfect place to just relax and enjoy the scenery. The beer is super good, fresh, and definitely worth coming back for. The vibe is really chill, and it’s one of those places where you can easily spend a couple of hours without noticing the time. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Great food, and great service. No complaints. Loved the salsa; the server hooked me up with a full container to go. That was a nice surprise. Tried one of their seasonal brews (something tangerine), and it was pretty good. Give this place a try if you're in the area. Won't be disappointed.

Rueben sandwich with the chips and salsa side tasted great. They also have a great selection of beer. The price is unbelievably fair. Customer service is great. The outside seating area is phenomenal! You get a really nice view towards the river! They also had live music which we all enjoyed!
